Groves of Palatine Condominium is a community of condominiums located in Palatine, IL. The Condominium Association Board is comprised of homeowner volunteers appointed by the homeowners and assisted by a local professional management company, Associa Chicagoland - Suburbs. Groves of Palatine Condominium welcomes you to our home.

Groves of Palatine Condominium is a sought-after area to live in; newer construction in downtown Palatine and within minutes of the Metra Station and major highways. Our residents know that we are not just a neighborhood, we are a community. In addition to our prime location and courtyard setting, our buildings are smoke free (including the units and balconies), our community amenities include secured buildings, heated garage parking, and meeting rooms. Pets - limited to one dog per unit (under 40lbs at maturity).
